Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance, and rates are dependent on the contracted rate with your insurance company. We verify eligibility with your insurance company, but if you have specific questions, we suggest that you contact your insurance provider and ask about your mental health coverage. We accept most major insurance companies, including (but not limited to): 

• Anthem

• Aetna

• IU Health Plans

• Medicaid

• Medicare

• Tricare

Income-Based Self-Pay Program

Clients who pay out-of-pocket for services may be eligible for our income-based sliding-fee program. Potential clients who wish to utilize this program will be ask to fill out an eligibility form to determine their costs.

Our sliding-fee program is generously supported by individual donors and grants, including the Sophia Travis Fund for Social Services, the Jack Hopkins Community Service Committee, and the United Way of South-Central Indiana.

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Care Act, health care providers must provide patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.  For further information on this act, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
