Rates
We accept most major insurance companies such as Anthem, Aetna, IU Health Plans, Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare, and United Health Care.
Rates are dependent on the contracted rate with your insurance company.

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance. We do verify eligibility with your insurance company. If you have specific questions, we ask that you contact your insurance and ask about your mental health coverage benefits.

Payment
We accept cash, check, HSA, and credit cards for payment.
