Leah is from Indianapolis, Indiana. She earned her MSEd in Mental Health Counseling and Counselor Education and her BA in Psychology and Theater from Indiana University Bloomington.
Leah is passionate about working with people of all ages and being able to help them work through depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma. Leah believes in the power of unconditional positive regard and learning about emotions and what to do with them.
When Leah isn't working, she enjoys watching Netflix, hiking, working on art projects, playing Animal Crossing and D&D, and learning Chinese. Leah feels that she's fulfilling one of her dreams right now by having the opportunity to work at Catholic Charities Bloomington as a Staff Therapist. In addition to this, she dreams of being able to travel to various parts of the world someday.
